AI Consulting & Development

AI that handles the busywork.
You run the business.

I build and run AI systems for the intake, scheduling, and follow-up that piles up in small lead and service businesses. The work you didn't open the doors to do.

$499, one-time. Money back if I can't find you 5+ hours a week.

The problem

You didn't start a business to spend your day buried in admin.

The work around the work eats the work

Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, ordering parts, answering the same questions five times a week. None of it is the job you started the business to do, and all of it has to happen before the real work pays a dime.

What it costs you: the hours that should be going toward the work that actually pays — and the growth you keep postponing.

Nothing follows through on its own

The lead who almost booked. The quote that went out three days late. The customer due for a check-in, the review never requested, the maintenance reminder never sent. Without a system behind it, every one of those quietly disappears.

What it costs you: revenue you already paid to earn.

It all runs through you

Every scheduling conflict, every “where is that file,” every decision that can't wait — because there's no system, only your memory and your phone. The business can't move without you in the middle of it.

What it costs you: your evenings, and a business that can't grow past the size of your attention.

What gets built

Three places the time comes back.

Not a product you log into. I scope the system around how your business already runs, then I run it for you.

01

Front Office & Intake

Calls, messages, forms, scheduling. Whatever channel your customers actually use, answered and routed without waiting on you.

02

Admin & Back-Office Automation

The paperwork, data entry, reporting, and repeat questions that eat hours and add nothing. Handled automatically instead.

03

Custom Systems, Built Around You

Every lead-service business runs differently. I build the automation around your actual workflow, not a generic template.

Proof of what's possible

Meet Sterling

Sterling runs my own front office — calls, scheduling, follow-up, intake. One working example of what this looks like fully built out. Whatever your bottleneck is, that's the system I build for you.

Who you're hiring

There's one person behind all of this.

Brandon Thomas, founder of Maywood Enterprises

I've always been fascinated with the cutting edge, and I've never minded the hours it takes to learn it. But this started somewhere smaller than that. My wife would ask if I could help her put some pictures into a document, and I'd be sitting at my own job with my hands tied. One day it occurred to me that I could probably automate it. That solution opened onto another, and it hasn't stopped since.

So I don't sell anything I haven't already put to work. Sterling runs my own front office and Alistair oversees my projects, which means the kind of system I'd propose for you is already load-bearing for me. If it breaks, I'm the one it wakes up.

Maywood is one person, which is the point. You won't be handed to an account manager, and the person on the call is the person who builds it.

Where it starts

Everything begins with 45 minutes.

What happens in that time

  • I ask questions, you talk through a normal week, and we find where the hours are actually going across the business — quoting, scheduling, follow-up, invoicing, intake, whatever it turns out to be.
  • Afterward I go research the 3–7 tools that fix your specific bottlenecks, sized for a business like yours rather than an enterprise.
  • You get a plain-English report: one page per fix, naming the pain point, the tool, what it costs, setup time, and hours saved.
  • If you'd rather have it built than have a to-do list, that's the next step: a paid Quick Start where I build the first system myself and hand it over already running.

Most people take that report and run with it themselves. That is a completely fine outcome, and it is what the fee buys. If you'd rather I did the building, that conversation happens after, never during.

AI Tools Assessment

$499 one-time

One 45-minute call. One report you own. No retainer, nothing that renews on you.

Book Your Assessment

You risk 45 minutes. That's it. If I can't find you at least 5+ hours a week, you get all of it back.

Where it goes

The assessment finds the hours. Here's what happens after.

The quick start

$1,299

Four days, one system. We take the biggest time-sink from your assessment report and build the first working system around it — running by end of week. You don't learn software. You don't change how you work.

Maywood Concierge

$699 /month

The ongoing part. I monitor everything we built, keep it running, and we do two working sessions a month to keep improving it. When something needs attention, you have priority support — you call me, not a help desk. Month to month. No contract, no lock-in.

Before we talk

I'm not the right fit for everyone.

Saying this plainly saves us both a call. If you're in the left column, we'll probably do good work together. If you're in the right one, I'd rather tell you now than three weeks in.

A good fit

  • You run a small lead or service business and you're the bottleneck for intake, scheduling, or follow-up.
  • There's a real person on your side who owns the process and can answer questions about how the work actually happens.
  • You want to stop doing the admin yourself, not to cut staff.
  • You'd rather fix one expensive workflow properly than automate ten things halfway.

Not a fit

  • You're looking to reduce headcount. I don't build systems whose purpose is to replace your people.
  • You're shopping purely on price. I'm not the cheapest option and I won't try to be.
  • Nobody internally has time to be involved. These systems are built around how your business runs; that needs you in the room early on.
  • You want a tool you'll administer yourself. I build and run the system. If you want software to self-manage, buy software.

Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

What does the assessment cost?

$499, one-time. We sit down for 45 minutes and go through where your time actually goes, then I do the research and send back a plain-English report naming the 3–7 tools that fix your specific bottlenecks. If I can't find you at least 5+ hours a week, you get all of it back.

What happens after the assessment?

Most people take the report and run with it themselves, and that's a completely fine outcome and it's what the $499 buys. If you'd rather I did the building, there's an optional 4-day quick start, and a Concierge arrangement at $699/mo for two working sessions a month with priority support in between. Nothing is bundled into the assessment price and nothing renews on you.

How long until it's running?

A focused first system, whether intake or scheduling or follow-up, is typically live in a few weeks rather than a few months. I'd rather get one workflow genuinely working and off your plate than spend a quarter building something sprawling.

Are you replacing my staff?

No, and I don't take that work. The systems I build absorb the administrative load: the intake, the chasing, the repeat questions. That way the people you already have can spend their time on the parts of the job that need a person. If the goal is cutting headcount, I'm the wrong person to call.

What happens if it breaks?

I build these to be monitored, not set loose and forgotten, and I'm the one running them. If something fails, it surfaces to me, not to you finding out because a customer didn't get a reply. We'll agree on what ongoing support looks like before the project starts, so it's never ambiguous who's responsible.

What happens to the system if we part ways?

It's your business's system. I'll document what was built and hand over the accounts and configuration so you're not held hostage by my involvement. I'd rather earn the ongoing relationship than lock you into one.

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. You need to understand your own business: how a request comes in, what happens next, where it stalls. That's the part I can't figure out without you. The technology choices are mine to worry about.

Get your time back.

Rethink your day. Focus on growing. Let the AI handle the rest.
