These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Maywood Enterprises website and the AI consulting, development, and custom automation services described on it (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Maywood Enterprises ("Maywood," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging Maywood for services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to anyone who visits this website or enters into a service agreement with Maywood Enterprises, referred to here as "you" or the "Client."
Maywood provides AI consulting and custom automation systems — including intake, administrative, and follow-up systems — for small lead and service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined separately in a written proposal, statement of work, or subscription agreement between Maywood and the Client. Where these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Tiered subscription or partnership pricing referenced on this site is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing, and reflects current offerings at the time of viewing. Pricing is subject to change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and billing specifics are set out in the Client's service agreement.
AI systems and automation are built to improve responsiveness and reduce manual workload, but Maywood does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as lead volume, conversion, or revenue) as a result of using the Services. Actual performance depends on factors outside Maywood's control, including the Client's own data, processes, and market.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information needed to configure and operate any AI system built for them, and for reviewing AI-driven customer interactions for accuracy relevant to their business. Maywood is not responsible for decisions made based on outputs the Client did not review.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maywood retains ownership of its underlying methods, frameworks, and reusable tooling used to build Client systems. Client-specific configurations, content, and data remain the property of the Client. Maywood Enterprises' name, logo, and branding may not be used without permission.
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maywood Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Maywood's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Maywood may suspend or discontinue access to a system in the event of non-payment.
Maywood may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Maywood Enterprises operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
